9/11 Memorial Ride at Village Mall Parking Lot – (2917 N. Vermilion, Danville) In memory of the heroes, volunteers & victims that lost their lives on September 11, 2001. Registration begins at 8:00-9:50AM; Bike Blessing 9:40AM; Departure 10:00AM. Lunch provided by the Paxton Fire Department; Ride ends at the Little Nugget at approximately 4:15PM. Cost is $20 Single Rider, $10 per passenger & open to all vehicles. Please wear masks & social distance. All proceeds go to the I & I Firefighter’s Assoc. for the Fallen Firefighter Fund.

Once in a Blue Moon Vintage Market – Open All Weekend – (433 N. Gilbert, Danville) Antique & Vintage Market open the 2nd weekend of each month on Thursday 5-8PM, Friday & Saturday 10AM-5PM & Sunday Noon-5PM.

Sleepy Creek Vineyard/Sunday Sounds – (8254 E 1425 North Rd, Fairmount) Winery Open Noon-6PM; We are open for outdoor seating, please enter at the front door. Winey Mary Sunday bar – create your own Winey Mary/Bloody Mary-style concoction with a wide selection of ingredients like fresh celery, pickles, olive, tomato juice, Tabasco, pepper, bloody Mary mix, & more. Sunday Sounds with the Paige Beaulin Trio; 3:00-5:00PM.

The Little Lorraine Theater Presents “Jumanji: The Next Level” – All Weekend – (214 E. Main, Hoopeston) Show time: Friday 7:00PM; Saturday 7:00PM; Sunday 3:00PM. COVID Restrictions are 24 movie goers per showing. Masks are required in the lobby. Concessions will be available.  Movie Admission is $5 Adults & $2 Children.

Live Music at the Gao Grotto – (2400 Denmark Rd, Danville) Live music with the Hoosier Daddy; 4:00-7:00PM. Food will be available for purchase.

7th Annual Sparky Songer Memorial Ride at Vermilion County War Museum – (307 N. Vermilion, Danville) This year’s ride will be a Poker Run with Registration 9:00-10:30AM & Kick Stands Up 11:00AM. Cost is $20 Rider/Driver & $5 passengers. Cost includes admission to the War Museum & a meal at the American Legion Post #210, 201 Prospect Place at the rides end. Proceeds will benefit the Vermilion County War Museum.

Story Time with Mayor Williams at Adventure Awaits Toys & Games – (3124 N. Vermilion, Danville) Mayor Rickey Williams is helping to celebrate our 1 year anniversary with a story time; 11:00AM-Noon. Milk & cookies will be served as refreshments for the children.

Open Roller Skating at Illini Skateland – (8 Brewer Rd, Danville) 1:00-4:00PM; Admission $6.50. Due to COVID regulations entrance limited to 50 people. Miniature Golf, Lazer Tag & Batting Cages also available.

Danville American Legion Post #210 Dinner – (201 Prospect Place, Danville) Serving dinner from 5:00-7:00PM for curbside pickup, dine in or carry out. Place your orders in advance starting at 4:30PM. Dinner choices include catfish, catfish sandwich, shrimp, hamburger or cheeseburger, and grilled or breaded tenderloins. Cost is $9.

Gao Grotto Dinner – (2400 Denmark Rd, Danville) 8 Oz Cheeseburgers/Hamburgers, Chicken Strips or Grilled Chicken Sandwich will 2 sides choices of Fries, Onion Rings, Coleslaw or Beans; 5:30-7:30PM. Cost is $8. Appetizers also available.
