Leadership Tomorrow Application

Participants in the Leadership Tomorrow program must have the support and commitment of their business or organization. Both applicant and employer must sign the application as an indication on this support and commitment. The nominees must also have the financial commitment required to participate effectively in Leadership Tomorrow. Graduation Requirements: • 80% class attendance, 38 hours total • 100% mentor participation, 12 hours total • 100% volunteer hour completion, 60 hours total • Commitment to join one community, philanthropic or social board or commitment to run for public office upon graduation Class tuition is due on notification of acceptance into Leadership Tomorrow, 2024, Class 35. Individual must be a member of Vermilion Advantage or an employee of a member of Vermillion Advantage to participate. Tuition for Vermilion Advantage Members: $1500.00 (other discounts may apply based on Vermilion Advantage membership level). The Leadership Tomorrow program, including the application and selection period and the class in its entirety is approximately 12 month commitment. I acknowledge that this program is to the benefit of the applicant, our community and my organization. Due to the lengthy nature of this program, on occasion a participant may have an employment status change during this time. As his/her sponsor, I agree to pay the full tuition (other discounts applied) for this participant should they be accepted into the Leadership Program while employed by my company and forfeit rights to refund should the employment status of the applicant change during the Leadership Tomorrow Program. **All applicants who qualify will be notified to schedule an interview with the Selection Committee. **
