Promoting socialization through community outings and individualized one on one outings with individuals served.
Ensure the health and safety of individuals served while promoting independent living skills in the community and in the home.
Assist with and teach activities of daily living.
Actively participate as a valued member of the individuals served treatment team.
Crosspoint Human Services offers a variety of shifts, with shift differentials available for eligible positions.
First Shift: 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. M-F with alternating weekends (8 a.m.- 8 p.m.)
Second Shift: 4 p.m-12 a.m. M-F (No weekends)
Third Shift: 12 a.m.-8 a.m. M-F with alternating weekends (8 p.m.-8 a.m.)
