Director of Development, Marketing, and Quality Improvement

This Director plays a critical role in advancing our mission by leading comprehensive fundraising and marketing strategies that inspire community engagement and support. This position oversees donor development, communications, brand stewardship, and business development while building meaningful relationships with supporters, partners, stakeholders and the business community.  This role will lead and continuously improve our quality management systems across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.  The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with deep technical expertise and a passion for building high-performing teams by blending creativity with our mission and vision to expand our impact and quality improvement.

 

 

Wage / Salary: $54,500
Duties / Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and Duties:

Duties include but are not limited to:

·       Develop and implement a comprehensive annual fundraising plan

·       Participate in grant research , writing , submission and reporting

·       Develop and execute a strategic marketing and communications plan

·       Collaborate to oversee the coordination and development of website content, social                       media platforms, newsletters and promotional materials

·       Oversee agency-wide Quality Improvement initiatives

·       Ensure readiness for audits and accreditation surveys

·       Monitor KPI’s, including productivity outcomes, client satisfaction, and compliance                     benchmarks

·       Oversee data collection, analysis and reporting systems

·       Support best practice documentation and service delivery standards

Supervises outreach and quality improvement staff

Days per week: Monday - Friday
Shift: 1st Shift
Qualifications:

Job Requirements

·       Experience with regulatory compliance and quality improvement processes.

·       Demonstrated fundraising and grant management

·       Strong strategic planning and analytical skills

·       Grant writing and donor development skills

·       Knowledge of accreditation and regulatory standards.

Required IT Skills:

Basic Computer skills
