Lead a team that makes a difference when it matters most.  Join our team as the Mobile Crisis Services Manager and lead a dedicated team of professionals committed to providing compassionate, timely, and high-quality community-based crisis intervention services.  In this role, you will oversee daily program operations, mentor and support crisis response staff, and partner with our Community Mental Health Services Director to foster a culture of quality and accountability while ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively, and in compliance with state and federal standards.

 

 

 

 

 

Wage / Salary: $27.50/hr
Duties / Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and Duties: 

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Lead, coach, and support the Mobile Crisis Services Team to promote professional growth and high-quality service delivery .
  • Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training efforts with the program director and HR to ensure staff are equipped to provide effective crisis intervention services .
  • Develop and manage the Mobile Crisis Services’ team schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage.
  • Strengthen follow-up and engagement efforts by implementing strategies that connect individuals with ongoing supports and services.
  • Collaborate with the program director to ensure timely completion of Crisis documentation, assessments, intakes, and case follow-up in accordance with agency, state, and federal standards
Days per week: Monday - Friday
Shift: 1st Shift
Qualifications:

Job Requirements: 

  • Requires a master’s degree in social work, counseling or related field ,
  • At least five years of professional experience in the field .
  • Supervisory experience is preferred .
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, community partners, and referral sources
