Crosspoint is seeking an IT problem solver who enjoys helping people and keeping technology running smoothly.  We need a professional IT person who is a passionate about technology, customer services, and continuous improvement to join our growing team.  A background with electronic health care records is a plus.

 

 

Wage / Salary: $26 to $28
Duties / Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Oversee efficiency, maintenance and optimization of software systems ensuring they function smoothly
  • Manage the integration and deployment of new software, hardware and technology as needed
  • Provide training and support to staff on software, hardware and IT procedures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware and network-related issues
  • Maintain and monitor software and network security as it relates to access
Days per week: Monday - Friday
Shift: 1st Shift
Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience in software system design and support
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Windows Server and general IT systems administration
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (HER) systems, hardware setup and configuration, network operations, Office 365 administration and Microsoft products
  • Requires a valid drivers license and proof of automobile insurance
