“Thunder on the Vermilion” Boat Races at the Gao Grotto - All Weekend - (2400 Denmark Rd, Danville) Presented along with the Indiana Outboard Association. Racing; starting at 10AM. Cost is $5 to get on the grounds. Enjoy Live Music with Mike Russell aka Hoosier Daddy 4-7PM. Food & drink will be available for purchase.

Sleepy Creek Vineyard Winery – (Located 3.5 miles south of Oakwood) Winery Open Noon-6PM Winey Mary Sunday bar – create your own Winey Mary/Bloody Mary-style concoction with a wide selection of ingredients like fresh celery, pickles, olive, tomato juice, Tabasco, pepper, bloody Mary mix, & more.  

Bunker Hill Historic Area Open at Kennekuk County Park - (22296-A Henning Rd, Danville) Open Sundays through Labor Day; 1-4PM

Pioneer Homestead Open at Forest Glen - (20301 E 900 North Rd, Westville) Open Sundays through Labor Day; 1-4PM

Open Roller Skating at Illini Skateland – (8 Brewer Rd, Danville) 1-4PM; $5.50 + skate rental. Lazer tag & Miniature Golf also available.

The Historic Lamon House Open - (Lincoln Park, Danville) Open Each Sunday; 1:30-4:30PM.

DLO Musical Theatre Presents Disney’s Freaky Friday the Musical Teen Show at the Village Mall - All Weekend - (2917 N. Vermilion, Danville) Friday 7:30PM; Saturday 2:00PM & 7:30PM; Sunday 2:00PM. Tickets are $15 Adults & $7 Students. Located in the south wing down the hall from the AMC Theatres entrance.

The Little Lorraine Theater Presents “Apollo 13” - All Weekend – (214 E. Main, Hoopeston) Show time: Friday 7PM; Saturday 7PM; Sunday 3PM. Movie Admission is $5 Adults & $2 Children. Friday is pizza night with Pizza & a Movie for $10. All proceeds fund the Lorraine Theatre restoration.

Live Music at the Gao Grotto - (2400 Denmark Rd, Danville) Live music with Logan Kirby; 4-7PM. Food will be available for purchase.

Danville Dans Vs. Champion City at Danville Ball Stadium - (610 Highland Blvd, Danville) Game Time 4:30PM; Admission Adults $6, Students K-8 $3, Kids 5 & Under Free. It’s Silver Sunday, all fans 60 & older get in for $3, compliments of Deer Creek Manor.

Everett Clark Memorial Concert at Farmers Chapel United Methodist Church - (414 Poland Road, Danville) Featuring Rivers of Life, five pastors from the Illinois Great Rivers Conference; 6PM. The freewill offering collected will be divided among three missions: Fair Hope Children’s Ministry Building Fund, St. James Food Pantry, & Farmer’s Chapel Memorial Fund. All are welcome!
