Description: 

Vermilion County Sheriff's Department

Under the general supervision of the office manager, establishes, prepares, maintains and performs responsible and complex bookkeeping and secretarial work, enters data into and retrieves data from computer terminal and all elements of the system and otherwise performs the following duties:

Transcribes reports from voice recordings, answers telephone, assist public with information, prepares bills of service, payroll and accounts payable and other clerical duties.
