Description: 

Redimere Surface Solutions, a division of Painters USA Inc., is a commercial and industrial concrete and painting service company in Danville, Illinois. We are currently seeking an experienced Floor Coating Foreman to join our family.

The role of the Floor Coating Foreman is to work on and supervise assigned projects with a focus on safety, quality, and production. Redimere Surface Solutions specializes in concrete polishing and floor coatings. Some of the primary duties include:

  • Diamond grinding using 480-volt 3-phase floor grinders/polishers
  • Honing and polishing of concrete using floor grinders/polishers
  • Grinding, honing, and polishing concrete using 4” & 7” hand grinders
  • Application of two-part polyurea joint/crack fill
  • Use of two-part polyurea pump
  • Shot blasting
  • Line Striping epoxy
  • Epoxy coating application
  • Cementitious overlay application
  • Urethane cement coating application

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Floor Coating Foreman
  • Clean driving record
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Basic hand tools and power tools used in our trade
  • OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certified preferred
  • Knowledge of floor grinding equipment, shot blasters, and sand blasting
  • Knowledge of Commercial and Industrial coating products
  • Basic understanding of information technology (smartphones, tablets, and spreadsheets)
  • Available to work different shifts, weekends, and/or travel (depending on the job)
  • Willing to submit to drug screen, physical, and background check
