Description: 

Terminix currently has an opening for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) within our Danville office.  This position is responsible for the day to day calls both incoming and outgoing for the office and helping the PMP's ( technicians) in the field with tasks as needed.  Order entry with accuracy is a large part of the position as well. 

*Candidate must have good verbal communication skills.

*Must be able to multi-task and follow a process from start to finish with detail

*Must have a good attendance record

*Must be able to take direction and be a team player

*1-3 years of office experience a must

*Must be able to type at least 35 words a minute and have basic working knowledge of the computer

 

Qualifications:
