This person works daily with persons that are diagnosed with developmental disabilities. It is an opportunity to teach important skils and deleiver para-professional services in a safe and therapeutic manner. This positions performs within state and federal regulations. The CDS Tech implements services as directed by Supervisors of Crosspoint Day Services. The applicant must demonstrate knowledge of individual differences with respect to gender, race, ethnicity, culture and age as well as social, economic, developmental, and environmental factors, and understands the importance of these characteristics.
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Prefer one or more years experience working with individuals diagnosed with developmental disability or mental illness.
