Performs data entry in the Immunization, Tuberculosis and Communicable Disease programs. Prepares reports and client charts, schedules appointments, assists with registration, collects fees, verifies client insurance coverage, works directly with insurance companies and clients to get insurance claims paid, answers phone calls, performs clerical duties.

Requires completion of four years of high school or equivalent.
Preferred minimum of one year of clerical or data-entry work experience.
Preferred minimum of one year of training and experience in medical terminology and in insurance billing.
