French & Indian War Re-Enactment at Forest Glen Saturday & Sunday – (20301 E 900 North Rd., Westville) This Free event takes place at the Pioneer Homestead with costumed re-enactors portraying life on the frontier during the period from 1740-1763. A full battle with muskets & cannons will take place approximately 2PM each day.  Other activities include the fife & drum corps, cannon demo, historic fashion show, & tomahawk throws.  Saturday 10AM-5PM & Sunday 10AM-3:30PM

Forest Glen Whitetail Archery Deer Hunt Lottery Draw – (Gannett Outdoor Education Center, Forest Glen) Ticket applications & hunt information may be found at www.vccd.org, Forest Glen offices, & the Kennekuk Visitor Center. The Little Lorraine Theater Presents “The Fate of the Furious” All Weekend – (324 E. Main, Hoopeston) Shows are: Friday 7:00PM; Saturday 7:00PM; Sunday 2:00PM & 4:30PM The street car racing team face a unexpected challenge when a mysterious woman forces Dom to betray them all.  All movies are a free will donation with all proceeds going to the Save the Lorraine Foundation.
